Black Diamond Lodge Breakfast Attendant - Winter 2019-20 (Project Management)
SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds
Must maintain a pleasant and courteous attitude
Utah Food Handler's Permit required (we can assist in you getting this)
Previous experience in food and beverage service
An advantage to meet Deer Valley driving requirements (have a clean drivers license, be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of four years of driving experience) but not a necessity
Honesty and reliability
All shifts will be in the morning and you must be available to work weekends and holidays (including spring break)
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report to work on time and open up
Maintain a clean and organized work space in the kitchen
Simple preparation of breakfast food items
Frequently check the breakfast room during breakfast to ensure that it breakfast items are replenished, dirty dishes are removed promptly and it is kept clean
Assist in tidying up after breakfast
Prepare food for après ski
Have a complete knowledge of all the food and beverage products offered
Help with the development of new simple menu items
Have a working knowledge of all food and beverage equipment
Oversee restocking and ordering/purchasing of food items
Assist our guests with any service needs
Assist with any other guest service tasks
