The Human Resources team is actively seeking an individual to join the Talent Acquisition team in the role of the TA Operations Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Operations employee exemplifies the Arthrex mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with company policies and procedures while working to manage an efficient workflow for the successful hiring and onboarding process for new employees. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree and demonstrate the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions. Skilled in computer applications including MS Office. Previous experience in onboarding and background checks strongly preferred. This position will be located on our Naples, FL campus.
