Facilities Supervisor (Agriculture)

Facilities Supervisor:

The Facilities supervisor will provide supervision, direction and insight for the maintenance operations of the building(s) that allow for a superior gaming experience, unattained by our competitors, where our guests can indulge themselves in world class entertainment.   This role is responsible for operating and maintaining gaming and non-gaming space, along with the parking garages.  The Facilities supervisor will exercise good judgment in troubleshooting and solving equipment malfunctions, maintaining a planned maintenance program, supervise staff and operate within the property and department policies/procedures.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Facilities staff as assigned by the Director.  This includes all Jack facilities team members
  • Manage the daily maintenance and repairs of all building mechanical systems, equipment and tools, public areas, guest restrooms, entrances, and central plant
  • Manage the CMMS and prioritize work accordingly
  • Provide assistance to the engineering staff when troubleshooting repairs
  • Communicate with the customer(s) as needed to provide follow up on work requests
  • Assist the Director with coordinating all safety training and keeping records up to date for all employees
  • Conduct daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual inspections of equipment as needed in order to maintain compliance with manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain a preventative maintenance program
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local codes
  • Schedule and conduct  employee performance reviews as assigned
  • Assist Director with preparing an annual maintenance budget and work within the budget
  • Update Director weekly on all maintenance expenses for parts/services
  • Ensures staff and vendors adheres to all PPE requirements and is trained on proper PPE use as required
  • Maintain contact with other department leadership and/or outside companies
  • Assist Director with maintaining service contracts and developing business cases when needing to add or change existing service contracts
  • Build and maintain a relationship with the building property partners and other outside entities.
  • Maintain all blueprints and equipment manuals in an area easily accessed by Facilities personnel
  • Maintain knowledge of all building systems, emergency shut-off valves, emergency management responders, etc., in order to appropriately react in a crisis
  • Maintain a parts inventory essential to the function of the property
  • Attend meetings as assigned
  • Oversee and monitor employee progress to ensure high standards are being met
  • Manage any outside grounds work as assigned including snow removal
  • Assist Director in managing relationship with third party vendors
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities

THE SMALL DETAILS:
There are a couple of things that we need from you to make sure you're the right
candidate:

Education & Experience Requirements

  • 5 + years' experience that includes electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and small appliance repair
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 2 + years' experience supervising others
  • 5 + years of prior  experience working with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, small appliance repair, BAS, Central Plant, pumps
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming Occupational License within the State of Ohio
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
