Hospice Administrator (Personal Services)

Our Hospice Administrator Will:

Oversee all operational and marketing functions of the assigned hospice location including patient care, staffing, communication, regulatory compliance, compliance with budget, and marketing to ensure optimal performance and fiscal responsibility.
Ensure the organization is providing excellent patient care as measured by patient/family feedback, CAHPS surveys, and community response/advice.
Guide the organization to sustainable, ethical, and profitable growth as measured by goals for ADC, budgeting, and financial metrics.
Work to ensure meaningful and effective engagement and relationships with communities, families, and patients as measured by community utilization and feedback.
Facilitate process improvement initiatives in customer relations, quality assurance, financial management, and staff development as measured by QAPI program development and survey outcomes (CMS, ACHC, or CHAP).
Foster a culture in alignment with the Heritage Core Values as measured by associate feedback and surveys.
