Does your BFF turn to you when someone swipes right on their dating profile and needs you to find out everything there is to know about that person? You might be a RECRUITER in the making.
The overall objective for our Central Talent Acquisition hub is to identify and attract remarkable talent for the GroupM agencies in North America and you'll be a part of that team. Well actually, a division of that team that focuses on Future Talent (entry-level hiring); in our opinion – THE BEST OF THE TEAM (shhhh - don't get the others jealous).
Our approach to talent acquisition brings a mindset and a toolset which is more akin to how a consumer goods company markets to customers and prospects. We are looking to target the best Future Talent for our business and want them to see the impeccable value in a career at GroupM.
Reporting
This role reports to the Future Talent Practice Lead with a dotted line into the Head of Talent Acquisition. Our Practices include Search and Social Media, Analytics, Programmatic/Ad-Tech, and Core.
Measures of success
3 Months
Study company and industry information to be appropriately prepared to execute and pitch opportunities to potential hires:
6 Months
You will have participated in at least 1 TA program. Showing initiatives and driving our key pillars of Accountability, Community, Velocity, Content and Competition.
12 Months
At this time, you've established a deep understanding of the digital and offline communications landscape in the North America region.

What you will need
1-2 years of work experience in one or more of the following jobs:
Investigative Journalist (finance, tech or advertising)
Recruiter (ideally in entry level, campus or internship level)
