Reporting directly to the Production Machine Operator Lead. We are seeking a responsible candidate willing to learn with a chance to gain knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team within a clean environment, pay strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace Quality and Safety.
PRIMARY RESPONSABIUTIES:
- Carry out Production, Inspection, Packaging & Machine Operator duties in a timely manner.
- Effectively monitor production equipment.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward change.
- Perform duties as assigned by Management.
- Assist in the execution of machine and product qualification.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations.

- Ability to meet demands established by the schedule
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Maintain composure under difficult circumstances
- Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable SOP's.
- Ability to prioritize work to support the packaging schedule.
- Must be able to deal with a variety of emotions and frustrations.
- Must be adaptable to changing priorities and react in a positive manner.
- Must be flexible to work different shifts as needed
Ability to perform simple math calculations
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Working conditions consist of regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, a cold, wet floor manufacturing environment (34-36 degrees F) with the smell of chlorine, the presence of heavy machinery and forklift traffic, and loud noises.
