Field Service Project Coordinator (Project Management)
Assist with supervision and management of Field Service crews.
Coordinate all project schedules.
Evaluate and complete Field Service project bids with assistance.
Effective communication with multiple departments (Sales, Purchasing, Transportation, Maintenance, etc.) to successfully bid and complete awarded projects.
Management of third-party vendors.
Assist with implementation and management of projects and project changes.
Track and report postmortem project analysis.
Assist with management of department equipment.
Over site of crew training and safety qualifications.
Communicate financial and environmental risk management of projects.
Assist with Technician expense reports, travel advances, purchase orders, entering time for payroll, etc.
Complete final customer reports and filing of reports and necessary data.

Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate accurately and concisely to all levels within the company.
Demonstrate ability to establish and communicate workload prioritization within and between project teams.
Skilled at impacting individual project direction through influence and collaboration.
Highly proactive and results oriented.
Excellent problem-solving skills; mathematical and technical experience a plus.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Projects, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.).
Multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
Available to provide support outside of normal business hours and on weekends as needed.
