The ideal candidate will be a positive culinary professional with a minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook, including breakfast and buffet cooking. They should have experience preparing omelets, strong knowledge of food safety practices, a solid understanding of cooking temperatures, knife skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a background in high-volume kitchen operations. A passion for developing culinary skills and advancing their career is essential. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. This is a union position.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The position primarily supports AM shifts, with flexibility needed to cover lunch and brunch service. Typical shift start times are 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM, with typical end times around 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.
Pay Rate:$16.65 per hour
