Collect, analyze, and score Failure Event Reporting, Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) data. Perform Root Cause Analysis, Engineering Investigations, and Corrective Action Plans for failed aircraft components including participation in CASS Review scoring boards
Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and testability assessments including fault detection and fault isolation.
Assess manufacturing parametric and maintenance removal times
Formulate reliability analyses and predictions including development of failure rate estimates based on fundamental techniques and historical data
Support coordination with the appropriate FAA or regulatory office for Continuing Operational Safety (COS) topics
Perform budget estimating
Conduct oneself in accordance with Company's Core Values

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
BS degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, and/or Applied Mathematics.
2-5 years of experience in the aerospace industry
Extensive knowledge of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations
Experience using MATLAB, Octave, or Python software
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft applications.
Maintain a good working relationship with all team members, stakeholders and customers.
Ability to address and resolve particularly difficult or contentious situations generally requiring cross-organizational alignment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.
