As Senior Manager, Employee Communications Programs, you will be responsible for envisioning and executing various Employee Communications initiatives to a large, complex global workforce. To foster employee engagement, these programs will bring Flex's business and culture to life through multi-platform stories and communications activities. The senior manager will work closely across functions (including corporate marketing and external communications, business units, HR, and others) to ideate, refine, develop, track and execute programs that share rich content, engage employees globally, garner feedback and input, and boost pride in our brand.
The ideal candidate will think creatively, develop and manage initiatives, deliver campaigns to target audiences, and track and measure effectiveness.
