Recruiter - Wealth Management (Finance)
•Leverage applicants, referrals sourcing methods to Identify, prescreen,
and evaluate passive and active candidates at mid to senior levels.
•Collaborate with
Recruiting Coordinators and Hiring Partners to build a seamless candidate and
hiring experience.
•Work closely with
hiring teams across the business to defining roles, requirements, interview
process, and offer processes.
•Communicates job
duties and responsibilities, compensation, work schedules, and working
conditions to applications.
•Market Northern Trust
as an employer of choice to candidates and assists in equipping managers to do
likewise.
•Advises candidates on Northern
Trust's hiring policies, practices and procedures.
•Negotiates compensation
and relocation packages with qualified applicants and educates managers on
these issues.
•Craft and execute on effective sourcing strategies and techniques to
find and engage passive talent
•5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience,
•Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.
•Experience in sourcing for passive candidates through multiple channels.
•Experience sourcing and closing profiles ranging from Junior to Management positions
•Committed aim to find and connect with the best talent
•Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in solving problems throughout the recruiting process - from building pipeline to closing
•Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
•Extraordinary teamwork and multi-tasking skills
