Diamond & Gemstone Service Specialist (Manufacturing)
Conduct daily outbound calls to customers for updates and invoicing of stones out for product review.
Process customer returns accurately and efficiently.
Proactively reach out to customers to resolve product return issues.
Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and chat using order entry systems.
Maintain customer information and data in the CRM (Salesforce).
Negotiate with customers on behalf of Stuller to buy diamonds they wish to sell.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and requirements.
Handle inbound customer sales calls during high call volumes or when support is needed.
Complete GIA courses to enhance knowledge and expertise.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly adapt to new learnings or directions.
Professional telephone voice and basic math skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, receiving returns, handling money, or auditing.
