JOB TITLE: Administrative Receptionist DIVISION: Administration REPORTS TO: Human Resource Manager LOCATION: Administration Building CLASSIFICATION: Seasonal Hourly PURPOSE OF POSITION: TheAdministrative Assistant assists walk-in employees with inquiries and request; answer general public phone-in inquiries; monitors access to administrative office area; answers and distributes incoming phone calls; distributes mail and receives incoming packages; organizes and maintains Lost & Found, maintain employee merchandise for sale; and additional clerical duties as assigned.
