Project Coordinator, The SOL Project (Finance)
Heluna Health and the Saving Our Legacy: African Americans for Smoke-Free Safe Places (SOL) Project are searching for a Project Coordinator who is a highly organized person who communicates well both in written and oral form; and who has experience bringing community residents, community based organizations, health care, youth, and/or school partners together for collaborative activities that lead to systems or policy change.
Under the direction of the Senior Program Director, this position will be responsible for implementation of tobacco control projects for the SOL Project. The SOL Project advocates for healthy, smoke-free communities for African Americans and other populations who suffer disproportionately as a result of social conditions and tobacco use.
Special Requirement: This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends and local travel.
This is full-time (40 hours per week) benefitted position, which is grant-funded through June 30, 2020. Employment is provided by Heluna Health.
