Answer the Merchant Support Line and return calls left on the general voicemail
Provide customer support to new and existing merchant accounts to include: statement review, transaction and deposit questions, account balancing, and troubleshooting merchant equipment
Document all customer calls in Sugar, the cloud based Customer Relationship Management Portal (CRM)
Download and reprogram merchant terminals, and maintain inventory
On-site installation/replacement of defective merchant equipment
Assist merchants with enrollment on client portal, reset passwords and answer general questions on functionality of the portal
Assist merchant with enrolling in the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance program, and answer general compliance inquiries from merchants
