Compliance Program Manager (Finance)
The Bose Ethics and Compliance Program is focused on our mission of building a robust program that promotes an ethical culture, improves business and employee performance and reduces the risk of misconduct. We provide Bose Corporation with ethics and compliance direction, support, oversight and training resources, and perform risk assessment and remediation. Our office maintains strong partnerships with Bose business leaders that extends the reach and impact of the Program. Team members are strong problem-solvers and project managers, and we encourage development and recognition for good work. In support of our core mission and corporate growth initiatives, we're l ooking for a Compliance Program Manager in the United States.
How you'll contribute:
Advance the maturity of Program operations with strong program management, particularly in the following areas:
Providing oversight of global policy management program, conflicts of interest program, and global compliance training and awareness program;
Establishing structure and process to align compliance risks and remediation priorities with policy creation as part of global policy management;
Enhancing culture of ethics and compliance by creating engaging training and communications;
Working with business to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability in order to provide targeted training opportunities;
Creating dashboards to track programmatic elements for senior management to assess risks; and
General administration of a global ethics business integrity hotline.
Performing Ethics & Compliance Risk Assessments and Gap Analysis
Participate in corporate compliance risk assessments on specific compliance domains within the business, such as Medical Device Compliance, Environmental Health and Safety, and Privacy.
Participate on task force to identify solutions to gaps identified during assessments;
Recommend practical, appropriate, and cost-effective methods to reduce identified risk exposures and increase the strength of the overall compliance environment;
Determine if Management action items for resolution are followed to completion; and
Perform testing to validate that Company activities adhere to guidelines established by the government or agencies that regulate them.
Desired Skills
7+ years of program management, preferably at a global level
Experience identifying, analyzing and prioritizing risks (operational and program) within a global company
Solid project management and organization skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and effectively manage change
Demonstrated success working across different functions & levels of management
Proven ability to influence senior leadership
Willingness to learn new business processes and clearly document process controls in flowcharts and/or narratives
Robust problem identification and analytical skills
Self-motivated individual with ability to operate independently and as part of a global team
Desire to develop team members
Passion for building business acumen and professional relationships; regarded as a trusted partner
