Principal Electrical Engineer (Finance)



As a Principal Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to the design and development of cutting-edge electrical solutions. You will be part of our R&D organization and you will work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, your expertise in electrical design and development will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers. By leading and driving the electrical design process, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable electrical systems, components, and assemblies.

Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and define electrical requirements and specifications will enable seamless integration with other components and systems, enhancing the overall performance and functionality of our products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and drive the electrical design process, from concept to production

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define electrical requirements and specifications

• Design and develop complex electrical systems, components, and assemblies

• Perform electrical analysis and simulations to ensure product performance and reliability

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

• Required experience in new product development & domain

• Ability to analyze and solve complex and challenging problems

• Effectively operate in a matrix organization

• Experience of working in global teams across time zones

• Track record of successful contribution to products & projects
