Norfolk office of our client seeks bankruptcy/commercial litigation attorney with preferably 2-3 years of experience. The candidate will be handling Circuit Court and Federal Court appearances. Will represent creditors in the following matters; quiet title actions, client defense, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and evictions. Assist with internal document review, drafting legal documents and pleadings, and responding to client inquiries. Must currently be admitted to practice law in Virginia. Strong knowledge of Creditors Rights is essential. Knowledge of Bankruptcy is needed.
