Program Administrator (Finance)

Since 1971, the USC Price School at the State Capital Center in Sacramento has held executive education programs for senior and emerging leaders in public service. This tradition continues with three flagship programs that concentrate on professional development through leadership and management training.
We are recruiting a Program Administrator to aid in program design, delivery, and evaluation. This is a fixed-term position through 12/31/2019. Core functions are in two main areas. First, the Program Administrator is the point person for client, presenter, and participant relations. This includes regular correspondences, scheduling, contract administration, and invoice processing. Second, the Program Administrator oversees all program delivery components, on-site coordination, program budget management, and material production.
The USC Price Office of Executive Education in Sacramento fosters a small team environment with an entrepreneurial spirit that continues to find new and innovative ways to support those in public service.
This position will be physically located at the Sacramento, CA campus and requires travel, mostly within California. Project management experience and a Master's degree in public administration, leadership, or related field are preferred.
