The Strategic Business Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue for the Aesthetic business unit. The SBM will cover top Galderma accounts and high procedural low share accounts as determined by Corporate. This position will be responsible for a larger geography within their region crossing over all the account manager territories. The SBM will be expected to assume a leadership role amongst their peers within their region.
Essential Functions:
• Achieve sales targets, gross margin and income goals via consultative sales approach and high level of support to key customers
• Provide tailored solutions in to key customers (based on account segmentation data)
• Drive ASPIRE HCP & Consumer Loyalty Program with their targeted key accounts to support Galderma portfolio sales
• Collaborate closely with other sales and marketing functions to obtain market insights and to shape the market
• Develop robust CRM data and network of relations with their healthcare professionals and identify and maintain strong links with KOLs
• Initiate and coordinate GAIN training platform with their targets
• Drive Co-Op Advertising program within their targets
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate market/ increase market share
• Drive initiatives to increase injector productivity through targeted strategies to increase patient demand at clinic levels Other duties as assigned

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales position selling directly to physician offices
• Marketing and or consulting experience preferred
• Knowledge of the KOLs and key accounts in the industry preferred
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and broader economic environment.
• Understanding of client flow and processes at clinics
• Strong business acumen is required to understand the marketplace, diagnose sales opportunities and critically assess risks and opportunities within.

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as company policies, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, financial reports, and legal documents
• Ability to speak effectively over the telephone and face to face with employees, customers, and/or vendors
• Ability to effectively make written or oral presentations and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals
