WHAT YOU'LL DO:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our parts operation, supporting internal departments by sourcing hard-to-find, used, rebuilt, aftermarket, and obsolete parts through a trusted network of dealers across the U.S. and Canada. You will utilize a specialized subscription platform that connects with salvage yards nationwide, working collaboratively to broker the best solutions for our customers—primarily other Pape' Parts departments. Additionally, this role offers the exciting opportunity to support our broader Parts Support Center by handling overflow parts calls and processing online parts orders for customers.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Prior experience in parts brokering, aftermarket parts sourcing, or related B2B sales preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining vendor or dealership relationships in a parts or service-related industry is a strong plus.
- Solid computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate specialized search platforms and dealer networks.
- Familiarity with search engines and web-based parts sourcing tools.
- Highly personable with a team-first, customer service mindset.
- Self-motivation, organization skills, and capability of managing multiple priorities without constant supervision.
- Comfortability with working in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
Compensation: $28.68-41.58/hr (Depending on Experience)
