Specialist Regional Marketing, Wealth Management (Finance)
•Under general supervision, responsible for supporting client communication and marketing activities.
•Coordinates the implementation of the communication strategy for programs and campaigns that address marketing initiatives.
•Researches and analyzes products or services to help determine a regional marketing strategy.
•Works with the sales staff, regional marketing directors and relationship managers to promote marketing campaigns and programs.
•Supports the implementation of communication strategy for marketing programs and related activities that address strategic Bank initiatives.
•Coordinates the targeted distribution of consumer magazine, newsletters and other sales and marketing materials promoting product lines or the communication of financial information to specific target audiences or market segments.
•Interacts with various areas of the bank, including product and sales areas, to gather data to implement marketing strategies and content.
•Works with the sales staff, regional marketing directors and relationship managers to promote marketing campaigns and programs. Monitors response rates and business results.
•Directs strategy for client events relating to target segments. Coordinates client conference materials as required.
•Researches and analyzes trends in the wealth management industry and HNW marketplace to determine the appropriate positioning and marketing communications activities that will promote the bank and keeps up to date facts and figures to support.
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
•3-5 years' experience in marketing, including financial services experience.
•Knowledge of financial industry consumer products and services and marketing concepts, acquired through related work experience and formal education, is required.
•Experience with marketing and sales engagement software i.e. sales force, constant contact etc.
•Experience with event marketing and social media
•Creativity and good writing skills are necessary to develop marketing materials and partner communications.
•Strong interpersonal skills are needed to interface with partners throughout the organization.
•Computer skills necessary (ex: PowerPoint, Word, Excel) to create materials.
•Solid project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills needed to manage a variety of ongoing projects.
