Senior Manager, Digital Product Management – Data Governance (Manufacturing)

1.
Understand how our customers use Product Data and how changes can have positive or negative impacts on customer buying behavior as well as internal processes and systems. Understand and optimize product data throughout the product lifecycle.
2.
Plan, build, market and manage Product Data Management Vision.
3.
Act as the Product Data leader and evangelist to key cross functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
4.
Manage the Product Data portfolio. Create and own the business cases for Product Data and drive for approval with financial leadership and other technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5.
Develop and communicate the roadmap and prioritization of Product Data enhancements to senior leaders across the enterprise.
6.
Establish best practices for Product data structure, data processes, data quality, data ownership, data usage, data accessibility, KPIs, business rules and security.
7.
Partner with cross functional leaders to create roles such as data owners, stewards and custodians to help discover, catalog, understand and enable quality data across the enterprise.
8.
Partner with Change Management to create and deliver training materials.
9.
Design, develop and lead the Data Governance Committee.
10.
Aptitude to understand how product data will be used by employees, partners and customers.
11.
Strong ability in creating streamlined data workflows leveraging technology and eliminating waste.
12.
Partner with IT Program & Project Management leaders to ensure budget and resources are healthy.
13.
Demonstrate ROI through data collection, enrichment and usage activities
14.
Must follow all safe work practices, escalate unsafe conditions and report incidents.
1.
7+ years progressive experience in product management, project management, account manager, consultant or technology strategy
2.
Demonstrates a high level of competence and passion for Digital technology and a comprehensive understanding of Product Data. Needs to understand best practices as well as practical solutions to problems
3.
Documented track record of navigating organizational structure and leveraging internal assets to create processes, procedures and governance for Product Data.
4.
Representing the voice of the consumer throughout the process.
5.
Inspirational leader, someone who stretches thinking and has a positive ‘can-do' attitude.
6.
Must be extremely adept with communication, facilitation, cooperation, negotiation and collaboration to achieve results through others.
7.
Ability to build and nurture partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
8.
Skilled at developing business cases and quantifying the cost/benefit in a highly collaborative environment
9.
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills. Must be an expert problem solver committed to driving results and multiple concurrent work efforts to success.
10.
Operate comfortably in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity and a fast-paced collaborative culture.
12.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent body of experience

Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent body of experience.
1.
7+ years with Product Lifecycle Management, Product Development, Data Management, Master Data Management, Product Information Management, Retail Management System
2.
Experience in strategic planning, risk management, change management
4.
Strong understanding of NRF Standard Color and Size Codes or similar proprietary codes and technology
5.
Multiple years of Corporate Retail Experience with in dept knowledge of product data and product data applications
6.
Demonstrated experience leading medium to large work efforts across multiple teams

Ability to sit for long periods of time.
2.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
