Set up, repair and troubleshoot equipment, ancillary equipment and support equipment.
Makes required mold changes, process adjustments and completes color changes as required.
Collect and inspect random shots from molding machines. Uses inspection procedures, specifications and blueprints to determine disposition of parts.
Responsible for processing product and/or performs to the specifications determined by the Quality and Development teams.
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic issues and partner with maintenance as required.
Troubleshoot equipment, molding processes and cycles.
Complete preventative maintenance requirements in coordination with the maintenance team.
Promote continuous quality improvement processes, including SMED, 5S, Kaizen, problem solving, and implementing lean metrics.

Experience (preferred or required):
High school diploma and/or GED equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
