Client Support Services Manager (Maintenance)
The Client Support Services Manager leads a team within Client Support Services under the Client Support Services Director that provides account analysis, complex issue resolution, quality enhancement, and subject matter expertise. The position is critical for revenue retention and growth. The position requires leading a team of individuals in a high output environment. Strong analytical ability, good relationship building skills, and extensive internal business process knowledge are necessary to succeed in this role.
Primary responsibilities involve: analyzing complex and diverse issues within but not limited to billing and collections; preparation and delivery of client-based reporting; serving as liaison between billing and collections staff and sales population; work closely with shared services remote location(s) and individuals tied to reporting for Client Support Services; and updating, developing and implementing internal and external reporting templates; evaluating current reporting procedures for future automation deliverables.
