Transit Administrative Assistant (Finance)
Job Title: Transit Services Administrative Assistant
Required skills:
-High school or GED required
-Advanced Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel skills required.
-Must be detail orientated and organized
-Must have impeccable customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
-Must be able to sit/stand continuously for up to 10 hours per day.
-Reach, bend, squat as needed to perform clerical tasks
Walking up to one to two hours continuously per day
-Must be able to occasionally lift to 50 pounds
Purpose:
The Transit Services Administrative Assistant assists in maintaining the assigned locations operational and financial information. This position also ensures operational and organizational efficiencies for clients, as well as providing all customers and clients with excellent customer service.
Scope:
The Transit Services Administrative Assistant reports to the Transit Services Manager providing services to clients, ensuring that standard operating procedures are being followed, as well as assist in creating more efficiencies in maintaining records (electronic and paper) for the assigned locations and auxiliary services.

Assist with notice appeals
Assist with inspection of parking facilities as scheduled or as needed.
Assist in the office operations in the Tacoma office as needed and scheduled
