Position Title: Sr. RF Engineer - 7E
Position Summary
Crown Castle is hiring a Sr. RF Engineer to support the RF Engineering team with the design, optimization and implementation of DAS and Small Cell Networks (SCN). Using sound engineering principles and tools, this position will lead/support all PROW and Venue activities in their assigned region/projects and will become involved at the very inception of each assigned project and remain actively involved throughout the entire site lifecycle. This individual must interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers and requires the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. This individual needs to be experienced with a mastery of designing PROW and Venue for Cellular applications and it requires experience in developing efficient systems that offers customers an excellent value proposition.
