Maintainer III (Project Management)
Operates vacuum and jet truck, clam truck, spare parts truck, dump truck, etc.
Handles refueling, checking all fluids and tire pressures, etc.
Reports maintenance and service needs to the mechanics.
Keeps vehicles clean and in good operating condition.
Works as laborer as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Willing to work all shifts, including: weekends, holidays, evening and 24-hour emergency on call.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience related experience operating medium duty equipment for construction and maintenance activities.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License (Class B CDL required). Air Brakes Endorsement from state of Connecticut. Confined Space Awareness and Entry. Hazardous Communication Awareness. Other licenses may vary according to specific site and assignments.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to: frequently lift 50-60 pounds; load, unload & move large equipment/tools; access confined spaces; continuously walk and climb stairs and ladders.
