Atlanta office of an AmLaw firm seeks electronics and software patent prosecution agent with preferably 2+ years of experience. The candidate should be experienced in preparing and prosecuting chip design and computer architecture-related applications. Must preferably have an aptitude for portfolio development and client counseling. Must have a USPTO Reg. No. and possess a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Must preferably have a background including technical work experience in a computer engineering field, an advanced Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree, or significant prosecution experience in computer engineering fields, and experience or expertise in any one of network architecture, network hardware design, system-on-chip (SoC) design, neural networking, machine learning, or video codecs.
