Your Mission
The Senior Director, Creative Strategist will partner with our CCO and support their creative vision using strategic rigor and consumer insights. They will be tasked with positioning our brands to remain as some of the most beloved for our current and future communities, guiding the development, execution, and consolidation of our marketing strategies across our company's franchises in support of our business goals. This role will have an incredible impact on helping to drive the evolution of the company's creative marketing capabilities and will be responsible for overseeing and delivering content and strategy-focused communication briefs. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to plan and detail a strategic roadmap for creative campaigns designed to drive engagement and build communities for our brands.
