Analyzes territory and develops strategies to attain all assigned sales quotas inclusive of capital equipment, disposable products and specialty/strategic new product Initiatives.
Sells, promotes and supports all company products, programs and services to hospitals, surgery centers, doctor's offices, clinics, etc. in sales territory.
Provides and supports educational programs regarding electrosurgery in general, and ERBE technology in particular, to the customer base in the assigned territory.
Participates in and supports tradeshows and meetings within the assigned territory and any such evens outside the territory as may be deemed necessary.
Provides management in a timely manner with all required sales reports, forecasts, expense reports, case and weekly activity reports.
Practices sound fiscal fundamentals in the daily management of business activities regarding business-related expenses and the use of demonstration equipment, product samples, supplies, etc. Stays within assigned expense and sample budgets.
Handles customer communications and follow-up on sales leads in timely manner, generates and monitors accurate sales quotes, conducts product evaluations and provides accounts with adequate in-service for products.
Notifies company immediately of any potential complaints relating to all products sold; documents and maintains records to support QA/RA department in compliance with all QSR requirements.
Maintains demonstration inventory in good condition and returns upon request for technical service, calibration and replacement within the instructed time frame.
Complies with all company policies and builds solid relationships with both in-house and field employees.
Assists in the development of luminary sites within assigned territory to ensure excellent evaluation outcomes.
Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and produce promotional and advertising materials.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required.
3+ years' overall sales experience with particular emphasis on experience in a medical, pharmaceutical or other healthcare sales capacity.
