Maintenance Technician (Project Management)
Complete general work orders in branch facilities; to include basic maintenance of pools, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and repair of facility equipment.
Assist in facility and grounds presentation and maintenance. Including sidewalks and custodial work.
Perform facility walk-throughs and record to ensure presentation and upkeep standards are met.
Informs property team of maintenance issues.
Maintains tools and equipment in a safe, functional and orderly manner.
Assists location staff as needed to maintain cooperative working relationships.
Relates to the public in a positive manner.
Actively participates in department and association staff meetings and trainings.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Demonstrate and support the objectives of the Association as embodied in the mission statement and values.
