Solutions Architect (Sales)
This position can work remotely in the US.
Purpose
To lead the design, integration, and evolution of TIDI's enterprise applications, modernizing key platforms through direct business collaboration and process innovation. This role is vital for building a next-gen architecture that enables business agility, digital excellence, and sustainable growth.

The Solutions Architect will be a key contributor to our next-generation enterprise architecture, which is:
- Modular and composable, using microservices or domain-driven designs to support agility and scalability

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Architecture & Innovation
Define and evolve a scalable, modern architecture that supports business transformation through API-first strategies, microservices adoption, cloud- native services, and API-led connectivity.Maintain TIDIs enterprise solution blueprints and drive system modernization across ERP, MES, WMS and other platforms Champion DevOps practices and support continuous delivery frameworks that promote faster, more stable releasesLead the design, documentation, and governance of well-defined APIs to expose enterprise functionalities for consumption by modern applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.Collaborate with development teams to assess, prioritize, and strategize on the reduction of technical debt within both legacy and new systems.
Business Integration & Value Stream Enablement
Embed directly within business value streams to identify system friction, improve workflows, and co-develop meaningful solutions
Support process re-engineering and technology enablement for targeted outcomes (e.g., efficiency, visibility, user adoption)
Technical Leadership & Governance
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise technologies and integration platforms
Establish and enforce application development standards for security, quality, and maintainability
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of modern software engineering practices, code quality, automated testing, and continuous learning.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure all solutions meet regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO) and are validated for audit-readiness
Participate in the integration of acquisitions by evaluating legacy apps and driving harmonization within TIDIs architecture
Support lean IT initiatives and continuous improvement by applying principles from the Shingo Model and enterprise excellence frameworks

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred)710+ years in enterprise application architecture, development, or systems engineeringExperience in regulated industries (e.g., medical device, pharma, healthcare) strongly preferred
Technical Skills:
Expertise in designing cloud-based, modular architectures (Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices)Deep understanding of integration techniques (APIs, REST, event-driven messaging)
CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform) including automated testing frameworks and infrastructure as code principlesFamiliarity with enterprise platforms (ERP, MES, WMS, CRM) and process automation tools (e.g., Power Platform)

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $120,000 - $140,000.00 less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. TIDI Products offers a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees, which currently includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, as well as paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law.
