Relationship Manager - Inside Sales (Sales)
Position Summary
The Relationship Manager position focuses on activating new clients and further developing customers in maximizing products and services under the Strategic Factory umbrella. Through their development of the customer relationship, they help build customers as Raving Fans of Strategic Factory as their Trusted Advisor. Prior experience in a printing, direct mail, signage or marketing services firm is required for this role.
Purpose
The Relationship Manager works closely with other members of the team in receiving leads and following the Strategic Factory Client Activation Process, further identify the customer needs and work with Product Engineers to develop solutions as a consultative advisor. The Relationship manager will develop a thorough knowledge base of the SF products and services as well as best practices for serving client needs.
