Field Service Representative - Wilmington, NC (Maintenance)



Responsibilities:

  • Trouble shoot and locate problems on existing all terrain and crawler cranes and resolve them in a timely manner to eliminate customer down time
  • Resolve questions and general customer concerns and issues in the utmost manner of professionalism
  • Proactively report problems and customer concerns utilizing the CRM (customer resource management) system.
  • Participate in on site operator familiarization and technician hands on training.
  • Perform quality audits on new products that arrive at the customer's location

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with electrical and hydraulic systems
  • 3+ years of experience in an Industrial environment
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to travel 85%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer relation skills
  • PC skills
  • PLC programming logic skills
  • Strong Electrical knowledge and trouble shooting
  • Electronic control system knowledge
  • Familiarization with the OSHA and ANSI standards that govern construction cranes
