Manager Quality Service (Finance)
In this role, you'll drive activities critical to the plant's performance. This requires the ability to lead change and lead people. You'll be responsible to manage and supervise the Quality Assurance Laboratory, which is responsible for testing of all Resin and Cationic Finished Goods to customer quality requirements.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for meeting customer demands and takes a key role for setting Business Process Improvement and quality strategy at the Business Unit level . As part of the leadership team, you will ensure a clearly defined list of priority projects and training investments are achieved; identify and resolve problems through first-line management; implement project based solutions to deliver improved business performance against critical quality factors; institute and drive data based lab efficiency using lean tools and methodology; and, manage lab budget and improve cost efficiency demonstrated through cost metrics.
