Position Summary:
The Wildlife Consultant position is responsible for proficient execution of the sales cycle in accordance with Critter Control's policy, processes and procedure. This can include prospecting, referrals, lead generation, sales, and follow up. The consultant position is responsible for completing inspections on job site, communication with clients to offer only Critter Control services, and ensuring all aspects of the project are completed to the client's satisfaction. This position is to support the achievement of the company's business goals and objectives. The consultant position is responsible for completion of all paperwork and collation of photographs for work before during and after, the inspection is completed. This position will also be responsible for following up with prospects and clients using phone, email and mail as necessary. Give sales presentations as needed. Work with and build relationships with sister companies. Attend district meetings to strengthen bond with service team. Maintain positive and cooperative relationship with all DMs, RMs and sales consultants within the company. Complete final quality control inspections on jobs over $2500. Follow up with all customers to ensure completion of job and customer satisfaction. Be active participant in quickly solving customer complaints and collect owed monies. Actively attend network meetings as requested by DM/RM.
