Job Description:
The Marketing and Proposals Writer (Writer) position entails writing, editing and project managing various deliverables, including proposals, collateral materials, advertisements, web site content, presentations, research papers, quarterly market reports, business letters, etc.
The Writer will work with numerous in-house departments, real estate professionals, and fellow writers and graphic designers to facilitate the creation of these materials. Accordingly, the ability to aggregate content and information culled from multiple sources and produce a cogent, concise and effective deliverable is essential to the position.
The position requires that all aspects of developing these materials be completed in a timely, efficient manner to meet deadlines. The Writer is expected to organize, attend and contribute to meetings with brokers and other real estate professionals. In addition, the candidate will be expected to bring, or quickly acquire, knowledge of the commercial real estate industry.
