Mechanic - Night Shift (Maintenance)
LTI, Inc./Milky Way is seeking a fleet mechanic for the night shift at our Lynden shop! The Mechanic performs repairs and daily maintenance activities at LTI, Inc.'s Lynden location, to the company standard. Daily activities will include preventative maintenance, processing repair orders, and inventory of parts and driver supplies as necessary. Will be responsible for keeping LTI, Inc. equipment operating SAFELY and efficiently while providing consistent repair quality and equipment uptime. Required duties include:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience:
2 year Technical School graduate preferred. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); One year fleet maintenance or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Employee must meet Department of Transportation requirements. Candidates with a valid Commercial Driver's License with Class A Air, Double and Tanker endorsements (or candidates that are willing to obtain their CDL) are preferred.
Employee must be willing to receive an Air Conditioning Certificate.
Employee must possess a brake certificate.
Employee must have own hand / air tools.
