Project Manager (632473) (Project Management)
With minimal direction, the Project Manager manages activities of one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation, and modification of projects that span across functional organizations. Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet technical and scope requirements of the assignment.
Establishes daily tasks necessary for successful project or program execution
Collaborates with all levels of stakeholders to establish objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets
Resolves issues and ensures task completion by establishing priorities and reaching compromise with team members and functional managers
Recommends project or program decisions, procedures, or policies to higher level management
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving
Analyzes gathered data for decision making in conjunction with other project leaders
Develops and manages policies and procedures that affect project management
Expert understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Expert knowledge of industry practices.
Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience managing and successfully delivering projects OR
Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience managing and successfully delivering projects
PMI or equivalent certification required
