HRIS Analyst (Finance)



We are continuing to develop our "One Company" strategy; this position is within our Shared Services organization to support our North American operations. We are looking for proactive, curious talent to join our shared services team and continue building our organization focused on process efficiency, customer service and continuous improvement. The HRIS Analyst will report to the Director, HR Technology in our Broadview Heights, OH Corporate HQ. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can contribute and develop in a fast-paced environment.

The primary focus of this position is the implementation and support and maintenance of the Workday HCM System in addition to other HR systems supported by the HRIS team. This individual serves as a technical point of contact and assists others in ensuring data integrity, testing of system upgrades and changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The analyst supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned. The analyst serves as a liaison between the HR work teams and the IT department, payroll, and other departments. This individual may be assigned as a team leader or team member in support of one or more projects related to system implementations or upgrades.The name Sotera Health was inspired by Soteria, the Greek goddess of safety, and reflects the Company's unwavering commitment to its mission, Safeguarding Global Health®.
