Youth Activity Attendant - Southeast (Project Management)
SHIFT REQUIREMENTS:
General Learn and Play Hours:
Monday - Friday 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Sunday 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Candidates for this position must have a flexible schedule as shifts/hours can vary based on the needs of each location. Bilingual encouraged to apply.
MINIMUM CRITERIA FOR CANDIDATES:
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with children leading recreational activities
Minimum of three months of full time or equivalent part time satisfactory and verifiable experience with children and/or family programming
Applicants must be upbeat, enthusiastic and committed to making a difference
KEY FOCUS AREAS:
Utilize outstanding customer service practices
Greet all parents and children as they enter the area, and communicate Child Watch policies and guidelines
Assist leadership in developing and implementing fun and creative activities
Oversee and participate with children during all large and small group activities
Communicate effectively and exhibit a positive, professional attitude with all staff, parents and children
May be required to work independently for some special events, i.e. Birthday Parties
Need to have the ability to work hours outside of normal work schedule for staff meetings, trainings, extended program hours, parent nights, or association events
