USC Student Counseling Services' Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention and Services http://engemannshc.usc.edu/rsvp/ seeks a Masters' or Doctoral level clinician to join a diverse and dynamic multidisciplinary team who are strongly committed to providing excellent clinical treatment and outreach services regarding gender issues and gender violence. We are seeking candidates who have expertise in treatment of trauma, intimate partner violence and sexual assault as well as solid clinical generalist skills, outreach expertise, and the ability thrive in a collaborative, collegial, and professional environment with experience and strong interest in gender equity.
Description of the Center
The USC Student Counseling Services provides mental health services to students so that they may achieve their academic and personal goals. Services we provide include: individual, couples and group counseling; assessment and referral to other professionals and institutions; crisis intervention (including some after-hours coverage); biofeedback; psychiatric evaluations and medication follow-up; consultation; outreach and prevention; and training and supervision.
Description of Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention and Services (RSVP)
RSVP exists to facilitate the success of students by providing advocacy and confidential counseling to those who have experienced sexual/gender-based harm during their time at USC.
Through its educational programs, RSVP fosters a better understanding of sexual violence, relationship abuse, stalking, consent, and healthy relationships/sexuality. Above all, RSVP serves as a haven for students and provides opportunities to make change on campus, through its educational programs and peer outreach program, VOICE- Violence Outreach Intervention and Community Empowerment. RSVP fosters an environment that enriches the USC experience across lines of gender, gender identity, race, ethnicity, class, ability and sexual orientation.

This is a faculty position in the Division of Student Mental Health in the Department of Psychiatry & the Behavioral Sciences at the Keck School of Medicine of USC.
