Experience in developing processes and workflows for complex loan deals, CRE, Middle Market, C&I along with consumer, indirect auto and mortgage.
Proven ability to diagnose workflows and develop processes and solutions that scale effectively, while ensuring proper risk and control.

Requirements
15+ years of proven banking operations leadership
Experience in the following operating environments:
Rapidly growing banks due to organic and M&A activity
Building operational excellence in banks from $10b to $50b in asset size, from banks with a reputation for operational excellence
Strengthening operational teams for increased commercial loan activity, more complex loan deals and middle market activity
Prior experience with FIS IBS Bank Operating System a plus
Demonstrated ability to improve processes in a manner that is good for the customer, bankers, and company.
