GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
Enthusiastically represent the brand, beverages, and company values by engaging in positive gestures of respect, courtesy, and kindness to internal and external guests consistent with Bosque Brewing Co. values and expectations.Display a sense of urgency and attention to detail without sacrificing expectations set forth by Bosque Brewing Co. by anticipating the guests needs and responding appropriately.Supervise and lead assigned positions in the restaurant/department in assigned area(s). Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the companys policies and applicable laws.Interact professionally, with civility, and effectively with coworkers and the public. Use and possess solid interpersonal skills and team orientation to maintain an optimal work environment.Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines without direct supervision as well as the ability to create systems of organization for others.Adhere to company and department rules, policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):
Understand and perform job duties to the expectations of Bosque Brewing Co and the restaurants Service, Food, Beverage and Liquor manuals or procedures.Perform all side work applicable to assigned station. Participate in Pre-Shift meetings, as applicable, and learn new menu items.Welcome all guests and ensure guests receive responsive, professional, and gracious service always.Answer any questions about the drinks list, menu, specific food items, the wine list, or any other inquiries the guest may have.Liaise with server to always ensure communication about wants and needs of guests.Busses bar area.Stocks all mis-en-place for Bar beer and liquor service.Serves and refills water.Maintains the cleanliness of the bar area.Stocks and organizes all beverages in the bar area including alcohol, juices, N/A beverages, mixers, etc.Polishes glass and silverware.Maintain a clean, safe environment all times in the bar, dining room and all service stations.Assists with developing and maintaining functional procedures, work instructions, and training checklists related to position duties.Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant employees and guests.Supports coworkers and departments with tasks and project-based work.Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the requirements of the restaurant. Perform set up duties as requested to include side stations, storage areas and food staging areas.Perform general cleaning tasks utilizing cleaning to adhere to health and safety standards. Fold napkins for meal periods to maintain an adequate supply.Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.Operates as a member of the team, helping others and requesting help as needed.
