PURPOSE
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting sales and business operations through in-depth data analysis, reporting, and performance insights. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, with a sharp focus on sales metrics, forecasting, CRM data, and overall business performance. You'll work closely with sales leaders to translate data into actionable strategies and support data-driven decision-making at all levels ofthe o rganization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze sales performance, trends, and forecasts by territory, segment, channel, and product line.
- Extract, transform, and interpret data from CRM Dynamics and ERP systems to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and improve automated dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Prepare recurring reports and executive summaries on KPIs and customer behavior.
- S upport monthly and quarterly business reviews with visual reports and sales performance analysis.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to evaluate new opportunities, track campaign performance, and monitor customer enga gement.
- Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and work cross-functionally to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Develop and document data processes, dashboards, and reporting standards to ensure consistency across the organization.
TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONALSKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), Power BI, and CRM Dynamics is required.
- Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and business reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-3 years experience, preferably in a B2B or Industrial setting
