Senior Director of Store Operations (Project Management)

The Senior Director of Store Operations is responsible for overseeing the entire network of retail stores and donations centers, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth. This role provides direct leadership to the Regional Director team, guiding them in achieving company objectives,
optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, this position plays a key role in new store development, overseeing project management from planning to execution of DGR initiatives.

Duties will also include but are not limited to:

  • Provide direct oversight to Regional Directors, ensuring alignment with company goals and
    operational priorities
  • Establish and enforce operational best practices across all retail stores and donation centers
  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful launch of new store locations, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Drive revenue growth and cost control strategies to improve overall profitability
  • Maintain a current and up-to-date understanding of and comply with all organization policies and procedures

Travel Required: Yes, some travel may be required. 

Hiring Range: $90,000-$95,000/year

Qualifications: Masters Degree and 6+ years of related experience, Bachelors degree and 8+ years of related experience, or High School/GED and 10+ years of related experience. 5 years of supervisory experience required.
