Remote Customer Service Representitive (Finance)
This is a full time, in office position M - F 8:00am - 5:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides the highest level of customer service at all timesThorough organization of paperwork and processesInbound and outbound callsAddresses customer concerns and issues or escalates them as neededProcess paperwork & documentsHandle Administrative duties as assigned

Ability to read/speak/write fluently in EnglishNeat, clean, and professional appearanceStrong work ethicGreat people skillsStrong attention to detail and an interest in accuracyStrong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentConstant positive and energetic attitudeHighly motivated and willing to learn new skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsKnowledge and experience of/with proper telephone etiquetteProficiency with all common computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Reader, etc)
