The Sector Leader role is critical to the overall success of the Korn Ferry, Professional Search business in North America. This person will be responsible for running a profitable, quality focused search practice and leading/building a team. This role has a focus on commercial business development along with execution oversite and team management responsibilities.
The Sector Leader will be responsible for further developing the overall market strategy to drive revenue and ensure execution excellence. This person will work closely with our Korn Ferry Executive Search Leadership & Talent Consulting teams and colleagues to extend and grow our professional search brand and drive search revenue with both existing and new accounts within the North American region. The Sector Leader will provide market presence and thought leadership for the KF team executing on retained searches in North America.
A skilled, full-life-cycle search professional, he/she will possess demonstrated forward-facing sales and business development abilities, strong team management skills and a solutions-based consultative approach to our professional services environment.
