Support Specialist (Architecture)
The Support Specialist will be responsible for partnering with the Assistant Systems Manager to manage the DC Refusal and Return Modification Log for the department. They will also be responsible for managing select wholesale account relationships to process orders daily. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every order/return is processed and delivered on time, overseeing orders from start to finish for a group of Key wholesale accounts.
An ideal candidate will be a quick learner, technically savvy, skilled at solving problems, and know when to ask for help. Success is attributed to strong business acumen, data analytics, problem-solving, diplomatic communication, initiative, task management and coordination, and the ability to anticipate problems before they happen. Time management between competing priorities will be a key factor of success in this role. Candidates must work well with a team of people who are committed to continuing the company's high growth rate.
This role will build and maintain a positive, collaborative, and supportive business relationship with cross-functional departments, including our Returns Department, and wholesale accounts by providing prompt customer service and accurate order management.
This role will report directly to the Assistant Business Manager with a dotted line to the Assistant Brand Manager for Koolaburra.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Koolaburra Key Account Order Book Management (8 hrs./week)

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience with superior written communication skills
